About UsThe customer base for SGN should grow over time with public education. Customers will be both retail and wholesale who know the importance of native plants. Customers who purchase plants from SGN can be out of geographical convenience. Second Growth Natives products are native plants to Southwest Michigan. SGN will grow native trees, shrubs, flowers, and ferns endemic to the area. When possible source local genotypes, they are more resistant to environmental changes. More resilient to the local weather conditions, and pests and diseases meaning less resources are needed to grow.
